What we collect

We collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email when you place an order or join a society group order. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider (Razorpay) and never stored on our servers.

How we use it

To deliver your orders and send delivery updates (SMS/WhatsApp/email).
To coordinate society group orders — your flat number and order summary are visible to the society coordinator and delivery team only.
To comply with GST and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

Your delivery address and phone are shared with the delivery partner handling your route. For group orders, the supplier receives only the aggregate quantity list — not individual household details.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate details, or deletion of your account by writing to support@hindustangrains.com. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
